Our outpatient therapy offers flexible and effective treatment options, allowing individuals to maintain their daily routines while receiving care. With personalized plans, patients can benefit from physical, occupational, and speech therapies without the need for hospitalization.
Our facility is approved to partner with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) through the Community Nursing Home Program, allowing us to provide skilled nursing and respite care services to eligible veterans.
Our short-term rehabilitation services support individuals of all ages as they recover from surgery, illness, injury, or periods of physical decline. Whether rebuilding strength, restoring mobility, or improving communication, we offer tailored support to help ease the transition back home.
Rehabilitation Center of Allison provides serene and comfortable accommodations with contemporary rooms and suites. Each space, whether private or semi-private, comes equipped with Wi-Fi, basic cable TV, and room available for private family gatherings.
When I first came to Elm Springs, it was because my family had heard wonderful things about the place—especially from a nurse we’ve known for years. She’s a trusted family friend, and after she shared her experience here, my kids and I agreed it was the right fit for me.
Since moving in, I’ve felt nothing but appreciation for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They go out of their way to ensure I’m comfortable, even helping me to and from the dining room, as walking long distances can be a challenge. The meals are great, the people are friendly, and I feel cared for every day.
If someone asked me about Elm Springs, I’d tell them they absolutely couldn’t go wrong. Every service, every gesture, every moment here has made me feel at home.

After working in the kitchen here and serving breakfast every morning, I was familiar with the people and the place. I chose to stay at the Rehabilitation Center of Allison because it’s a lot safer than where I was living before, and the people here are closer to my age.
