After working in the kitchen here and serving breakfast every morning, I was familiar with the people and the place. I chose to stay at the Rehabilitation Center of Allison because it’s a lot safer than where I was living before, and the people here are closer to my age. It’s such a nice community—we share stories from when we were growing up, and the activities really help keep us connected.

What I look forward to most is seeing the younger people and the vibrant community that keeps the energy alive. I also appreciate the support we get. They serve two meals a day, and they help with laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning your kitchen and bathroom.

I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive and friendly environment that feels like home.
